2. Order a sample invitation through the website.
3. When you have decided on your stationery simply fill in our Order Form (which we will email to you) with your choices and return to us.
4. Make the deposit payment of 50% of your order.
5. Pick your fonts and wording style from our wide selection and send us your invitation details.
6. Approve your first wording proof and make sure you are happy with spelling, layout and all of your details.
7. Approve your actual sample, sign each item, and return to us using the stamped and addressed envelope.
8. Once approved your order will be put into production.
9. Make your final payment including delivery charges.
10. Receive your stationery order.
Your proofs will not be created until after we have received your first 50% payment. Without exception, deliveries will not be dispatched unless the balance of your invoice has been paid in full. We accept cheques, postal orders, bank drafts or bank transfers.
Approving Your Proofs
It is the client's absolute responsibility to thoroughly check the details of their stationery proofs to ensure the wording and layout is correct. Production of your order will not begin until we have received your approval. To approve your stationery you must sign the physical copy return by post. No further text changes to stationery are allowed after we receive your approval. If it is the case that text changes are required after you have given approval, a minimum administration fee of €50 will be charged. We reserve the right not to offer this service, as it may not be practicable to make changes once production has commenced.
Please note that there is a minimum order of quantity 50 for all wedding invitations, with the exception of Order of Service booklets, which have a minimum order quantity of 20. Samples can be purchased though our website.
Please note that all orders take a minimum of 15 working days to complete from the time of receiving the initial deposit and signed proofs. If you require more quantities of an item after the time of initial order, please note that these extras will be treated as a new order and will take a further 15 working days to complete.
Price lists are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted on our website are per card unless otherwise stated and are subject to change. Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of Irish VAT at 23%. Quotes issued are valid for 1 month only. It is our policy not to give discounts.
Our stationery is produced to the highest standards and thoroughly quality assured prior to dispatch. As our stationery is handmade, small variations may occur. Should you have a complaint about the quality, the items in question must be sent back to us at your expense. We will review the items in question to determine the cause of the damage. If you do not inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the goods, we cannot accept responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Lots Of Love Invitations cannot be held responsible for print errors that have been accepted on approved proofs. A discreet promotional logo will be printed on the back of all stationery items. This is mandatory.
All our packages are sent via postal service. You will be informed by email when your order has been posted.
Supplying an Address & Contact Number
The address for delivery should be provided at the time of ordering. You must supply a valid name and address for delivery. If there is nobody present at that address on the delivery day, there will be a notice of attempted delivery at the address. The notice will instruct you to pick up the parcel at the postal service depot. We are not responsible for packages that have not been picked up.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible, however they are contingent upon Lots of Love Invitations production capacity. Unavoidable delivery time over runs are not subject to compensation, deductions or cancellation of orders being processed. The products travel at the risk of the buyer whose responsibility it is to have any damage or loss officially recorded and to confirm it’s reservations with the carrier within the duly prescribed times and in compliance with prescribed practice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take out any and all insurance covering the risk of loss of deterioration of products.
